My name’s Tim Graham and I have been teaching fitness classes since 2005. I have a background in boxing, running & weightlifting. I started training seriously in 2000 after turning my back on a lifestyle of drugs & inactivity. It was the best thing I’ve ever done & natural highs are the real deal! I am passionate about fitness & have competed in various 10ks, half & full marathons as well as endurance races & assault courses all around the country. I completed my level 2 gym & circuit qualifications in 2005 & have taught over 1000 classes since then.

Different every time but based around boxing fitness. My circuit classes will have you skipping, sprinting & hitting the pads. No previous boxing experience needed! A great workout that will leave you shattered!
